From Zhejiang Practice to the Idea of Full Development:The Progress of Xi Jinping's Thought of Construction of Party's Grass-root Organizations

习近平在浙江工作期间,高度重视基层组织建设,把基层组织建设放在事关党执政地位的高度、放在保持党先进性和战斗力的前沿来思考。正因此,习近平在浙江工作期间就提出了一系列关于党的基层组织建设的新理念、新举措和新要求,并且着力开辟基层组织建设新领域。党的十八大以后,习近平关于党的基层组织建设思想得到了全面发展。从浙江实践到全面发展,习近平关于党的基层组织建设思想不断推进,形成了前后相继、相互贯通的一个整体,浙江工作期间对党的基层组织建设的思考与实践,是习近平全面从严治党时期基层组织建设思想全面发展的重要基础。

When he worked in Zhejiang province,Xi Jinping had paid highly attention to the construction of Party’s grass-root organizations,considering its importance as concerning to keeping the Party’s leadership,and to maintaining Party’s advancement and energy of practice.Xi Jinping had put forward a series of new ideas,new measures and new demands of the construction of Party’s grass-root organizations inspired by his Zhejiang practice,and worked hard on opening the new realm of the construction.After the18 th National Cngress of CPC,Xi Jinping’s idea of the construction of Party’s grass-root organizations has been fully developed.From Zhejiang practice to the idea of full development,Xi Jinping’s idea has been progressively completed as a continuous and integral one.Xi Jinping’s Zhejiang practice and his consideration becomes the pivotal basis to his strict rule over the Party on the construction of Party’s grass-root organizations.
