Construction of evaluation index system for nursing service quality of pension agency

[目的]构建养老机构护理服务质量评价指标体系。[方法]采用德尔菲法,通过20名专家两轮咨询确立养老机构护理服务质量评价指标体系。[结果]专家咨询的权威系数为0.836,判断系数0.866,熟悉系数0.806,最终确定养老机构护理服务质量评价指标体系,其中一级指标3项,二级指标28项,三级指标44项;所有指标的协调系数为0.501,协调系数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]构建养老机构护理服务质量评价指标体系,经检验,专家意见集中,结果可靠,可作为养老机构护理服务质量的客观评价工具。

Objective： To establish the evaluation index system for nursing service quality of pension agency.Methods： Delphi method was used to formulate the evaluation index system for nursing service quality of pension agency through two round expert consultation among 20 experts.Results： The experts＇ authority coefficient of expert consultation was 0.836.the coefficient of determination was 0.866.and the familiarity coefficient was 0.806.The evaluation index system for nursing service quality of pension agency was finally determinedmary indicators,28 secondary indicators？and 44 tertiary indicators.The coordination coefficients of all indicators were 0.501, and there were significant differences between them （P〈0.01 .Conclusion： The evaluation indexsystem for nursing service quality of pension agency was reliable. After examination, the extralized and the result is reliable. The established index system could serve as an objective evaluation tool fornursing service quality of pension agency.
