艾滋病病人主要家庭照顾者生活质量与情绪状况的相关性研究

Correlation research between the quality of life and emotional status of the main family caregivers of AIDS patients

[目的]了解艾滋病病人的主要家庭照顾者生活质量和情绪状况,探讨二者之间的关系。[方法]采用一般资料调查表、简式简明心境问卷(POMS-SF)、健康调查简表(SF-36)分别对253例符合纳入标准的入院艾滋病病人的主要家庭照顾者进行调查。[结果]艾滋病的主要家庭照顾者SF-36量表中5个维度得分低于四川常模(P<0.05),表明生活质量相对差;POMS-SF各分量表得分及总分显著高于全国常模(P<0.01),存在较严重的情绪问题;SF-36中生理机能与疲劳呈负相关,生理职能、总体健康与除困惑外其他6项呈负相关,躯体疼痛与生气、疲劳、抑郁、活力以及总分呈负相关,精力与POMS-SF各分量表得分及总分均呈负相关,社会功能、情感职能、精神健康与除活力外其他6项呈负相关(P<0.05)。[结论]艾滋病病人主要家庭照顾者入院初期存在严重的情绪问题,且生活质量相对较差,二者存在显著的相关关系。

Objective： To understand the quality of life and emotional state of the main family caregivers of ac-quired immunodeficiency syndrome （AIDS） patients and explore the relationship between them.Methods ： A to-tal of 253 cases of main family caregivers of AIDS patients admitted to the hospital were enrolled and surveyedby General Information Questionnaire,the Profile of Mood States -Short form （POMS -SF） and the MOS Item Short Form Health Survey （SF-36）.Results： The five dimensions＇ scores of SF -36 in the main family care-givers of AIDS patients were higher than those of Sichuan norm （P 〈0.05） , which indicated that the quality of life was relatively poor.The subscale scores and total scores of POMS - SF in themain family caregivers of AIDS patients were significantly higher than the national norm （P〈0.001 ） , which indicated thaemotional problem.There was a significant negative correlation between physiological function and36.The scores of physiological function and overall health were negatively correlated with the other six factors except for somatic pain （P〈0.05）.The scores of body pain and angry, fatigue,depression were negatively corre-lated with the total score. A score of vitality was negatively correlated with scores of each dimension of POMS- SF and its total score.Scores of social function,emotional function,and mental health were negatively correlated with the other six items except for dimension vitality （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The main family caregivers of AIDS patients had serious emotional problems at the initial stage of admission,and the quality of life was rela-tively poorer than normal people were.The family caregivers＇quality of life and emotional status are signifi cantcorrelated.
