辅助生殖技术子代的心血管功能安全性研究进展

Research progress of cardiovascular function in children conceived by assisted reproductive technologies

随着辅助生殖技术(ART)的广泛应用,动物和人体心血管安全性的研究表明,ART对其子代的心血管功能有潜在的不良影响。本文从血管动脉粥样硬化、血压、心血管重建及心功能、胰岛素抵抗等方面讲述ART对子代的心血管功能的影响,并就ART妊娠并发症、ART技术本身、父母不孕因素及表观遗传四方面阐述其可能的机制。

While assisted reproductive technologies（ART） is widely used in clinical practice,some studies of ART in mice and human show that ART may alter cardiovascular function and increase cardiovascular risk of next generations.This review summarizes the potential influence of ART on the cardiovascular function of ART children and the underlying mechanisms involved in ART-induced alterations of cardiovascular function.
