摘要 为了研究茅苍术生长动态及其解剖结构,对茅苍术1年生播种苗采样分析,测定了不同时期根茎直径、地上部分和地下部分干物质质量和鲜物质质量、根冠比等指标,同时对与药材品质相关的结构进行解剖分析。结果表明:茅苍术根茎直径的生长呈持续增长趋势,5~6月和8月为快速增长阶段。茅苍术根冠比在7月16日达到最大,总干物质质量的生长动态符合S形生长曲线。茅苍术叶片中可溶性糖含量先上升后下降,在5月7日达到最大。油室密度6月初达到最多,然后迅速下降,油室直径呈现持续上升趋势。7月是茅苍术有效成分苍术素积累较快的时期。 Based on one-year Atractylodes lancea seedlings in different periods of sampling , root diameter , fresh and dry weight of ground part and underground part, root shoot ratio were measured, and the anatomic structures related to herbal quality were analyzed. The results showed that Atractylodes lancea rhizome diameter displayed a continued growth trend,with May to June and August for the rapid growth stage. The root shoot ratio reached a maximum on July 16th, and the dynamic growth of the total dry mat ter was in accordance with S type growth curve. The content of soluble sugar in the leaves of Atractylodes lancea first increased and then decreased, which reached the maximum on May 7 th. The oil chamber density at the beginning of June reached the maximum,and then decreased rapidly,while the oil chamber diameter showed a rising trend. July was the rapid accumulation period of atractylodin, the effective component of Atractylodes lancea.
