浅析陈修园论治儿科特色

A Brief Analysis of CHEN Xiu-yuan's Characteristic Comment and Treatment on Pediatrics

通过文献整理的方法,总结陈修园对儿科的诊治特点。针对儿科"五难",陈修园提出独具特色的验纹按额诊法,对不同年龄阶段的患儿采取相应的诊法。阐述小儿在体质、症状、病机方面的特殊之处,以审证求因,对证治疗。在治疗疾病时,强调要中病即止、补泻有度;注重脾胃作为后天之本在治疗儿科疾病中的作用;极力反对峻补误治,过度治疗,注重小儿自身正气的修复作用;并认为一般患儿都会愈后较好。这些都对临床实践提供了重要的指导。

This paper tries to sum up the characteristics of CHEN Xiu- yuan’s comment and treatment on pediatrics through reviewing literature. According to five difficulties of pediatrics CHEN Xiu- yuan put forward unique diagnostic method by checking infantile hand venule and temperature of forehead to use corresponding methods of treatment for different age brackets. To illustrate special infantile constitution,symptom and pathogenesis in order to achieve the goal of differentiation of symptoms and signs to identify etiology as well as symptomatic treatment. During treatment,CHEN Xiu- yuan emphasize discontinuing medication as soon as get effect and using tonifying method or reducing needling method properly,pay attention to the effect of spleen and stomach being acquired foundation in pediatrics treatment,strongly oppose making superfluous use of tonifying method,wrong treatment or overtreatment,attach importance to the repair ability of infantile vital qi and consider that most children patient will have good recovery. All above are expected to offer significant guidance to clinical practice.
