LOU Li-hua's Experience in Treating Adverse Reactions of Endocrine Therapy in Breast Cancer

目的:探讨楼丽华治疗乳腺癌内分泌治疗不良反应的学术观点和临床经验。方法:从病因病机、治法方药、典型案例方面论述楼丽华治疗乳腺癌内分泌治疗不良反应的学术观点和临床经验,对其遣方用药及中医调理的特色予以总结。结果:楼丽华认为本病的主要病机为脾胃虚弱、胃失和降,肝肾阴虚、心肾不交;根据其病因病机,运用健脾和胃,滋补肝肾、养心安神法治疗乳腺癌内分泌治疗不良反应,临床取得了比较好的疗效。结论:楼丽华治疗乳腺癌内分泌治疗不良反应的经验在临床上行之有效,值得推广应用。

Objective： To explore the academic opinion and clinical experience of Professor LOU Li- hua in the treatment of adverse reactions of endocrine therapy for breast cancer. Methods： From the etiology and pathogenesis,treatment and prescription,classic case to expound the academic viewpoints and clinical experience of Professor LOU Li- hua in the treatment of adverse reactions of endocrine therapy for breast cancer,summarize the characteristics of the prescription drug and the Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment. Results： Professor LOU Li- hua believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is Weakness of spleen and stomach,Stomach disharmony,Liver and kidney yin deficiency,according to the etiology and pathogenesis,the use of the spleen and stomach,nourishing the liver and kidney,nourishing heart and tranquilizing therapy for breast cancer endocrine adverse reactions in the treatment of clinical made good curative effect. Conclusions： The experience of Professor LOU Li- hua in the treatment of adverse reactions of endocrine therapy for breast cancer is effective in clinical,it is worthy of popularization and application.
