基于数据挖掘的柴可群治疗胃癌用药规律研究

Analysis on the Medication Rules of CHAI Ke-qun for the Treatment of Gastric Cancer Based on Data Mining

目的:探讨柴可群治疗胃癌的用药规律。方法:收集柴可群治疗胃癌处方,采用关联规则apriori算法和复杂系统熵聚类方法,确定处方中各单味药物频次、药物组合频次、药物之间的关联规则和核心组合等。结果:高频药物包括甘草、太子参、白术、茯苓、半夏、当归、枳壳、麦冬、黄芩、薏米仁、蒲公英等;高频药物组合包括"太子参,甘草""太子参,白术""白术,茯苓""半夏,太子参"等;置信度为1的关联规则包括"太子参→甘草""半夏,佛手→太子参""黄芩,当归→太子参"等;新处方包括"木香,黄芩,黄连,厚朴""旋覆花,佛手,稻芽,片姜黄""神曲,香茶菜,枳壳,制大黄,厚朴"等。结论:柴可群治疗胃癌经验丰富,标本兼顾,病症结合,多用健脾补肾、化痰解毒、活血化瘀、疏肝理气、温阳之品,符合其辨治胃癌治则治法的用药原则。

Objective： To explore the medication rules of CHAI Ke- qun’s treatment for Gastric Cancer. Methods： The prescriptions for Gastric Cancer of CHAI Ke- qun were collected to build a database. The methods of association rules with apriori algorithm and complex systementropy cluster were used to achieve frequency of individual herbs,frequency of medicine combinations,association rules of herbs and core medicine combinations. Results： In the prescriptions for Gastric Cancer,Chinese medicinal herbs with the highest frequency were Licorice,Heterophylla,Atractylodes,Poria cocos,Pinellia ternata,Angelica sinensis,Citrus aurantium,Ophiopogon japonicus,Scutellaria baicalensis,Coix seed,Taraxacum,and so on. Medicine combinations with the highest frequency were Licorice Heterophylla,Heterophylla Atractylodes,Atractylodes Poria cocos,The medicine association rules of confidence coefficient were Heterophylla→licorice,Pinelliabergamot→heterophylla,Astragalus Angelica sinensis heterophylla. The new prescriptions composited by＂Radix Aucklandiae,Scutellaria baicalensis,Coptis chinensis,bark of magnolia＂,＂Inula Flower,Finger Citron,Paederia scandens,Piece turmeric＂,＂ Divine Comedy,Plectranthus,Citrus aurantium,system rhubarb,magnolia officinalis＂. Conclusions： CHAI Ke- qun for the Treatment of Gastric Cancer have Rich experience,and often used Chinese medicinal herbs with the actions of strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney; eliminating phlegm to detoxification,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,soothing liver- Qi stagnation,and warming Yang,which were complied with the CHAI Ke- qun’s Treatment of Gastric Cancer therapeutic and the medication principle of law.
