摘要
目的:探讨最优的复方升白颗粒提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计实验,以马钱苷提取率,2,3,5,4,-四羟基二苯乙烯苷-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷提取率及提取物干膏得率为指标,优化提取工艺。结果:正交设计实验结果显示最优提取工艺为药材加6倍的水煎煮3次,每次2h。结论:本提取工艺能最大限度地提取出药材的有效成分,节能、省时、不污染环境,适宜工业化可持续生产。
Objective: To seek the best extraction process of Compound Shengbai Granule. Methods: Orthogonal design was used to optimize the best extraction process with the detection targets such as extraction rates of loganin,and 2,3,5,4,- Terahydroxystilbene- 2- O- β- D- Glucoside. Results: Orthogonal experiment showed the best extraction process was to boil the material 3 times,each with 6 times water for 2 hours. Conclusion: The extraction process can highly extract the effective component as well energy- save,time- save and not pollute the environment,which is suitable for industrial mass production.
