摘要 平面机构设计是机械设计基础实验的重要组成部分,更关系到机械系统的动力性能及结构。阐述了平面机构创意组合实验教学改革的必要性和重要性。采用虚拟仿真技术的方法,研究开发了一个平面机构创意组合虚拟实验平台,建立了平面机构的零部件模块和运动仿真模块,该虚拟实验平台操作性强,简单易行,可以满足不同的实验教学需要,提高了实验教学效率,为学生创新能力的培养提供了一条有效途径。 ; The design of planar linkage mechanism is an important part of mechanical principle experiments, which determines the dynamic performance and structures of mechanical systems. The paper illustrates the necessity and importance of the experimental teaching reform of the creatively combinated planar mechanism based on virtual simulation technology. A virtual experiment platform is developed for creative designing the combinated planar mechanism. This virtual experiment platform consists spare parts module and motion simulation module. It can meet the needs of different experimental teaching, which improves the experimental teaching method and enhances the efficiency of experimental teaching. It’s an effective way for the cultivation of students’innovative ability.
