摘要
以热重分析研究一水草酸钙热脱水过程动力学,通过非模式函数法中的Ozawa法计算的活化能E及其不确定度,确定了转化率α>40%时脱水活化能为常数并以此进行动力学数据处理。采用积分-微分相结合的方法研究一水草酸钙热脱水过程非等温动力学,比较同一机理函数的微分和积分法的结果,推测了一水草酸钙热脱水过程的动力学参数,确定了一水草酸钙热脱水反应速率表达式。
In this paper,dynamics process of thermal dehydration of calcium oxalate monohydrate was studied based on thermogravimetric analysis.The activation energy E and its uncertainty were calculated using the Ozawa method known as model-free method.The dehydration activation energy is determined to be constant when the conversion rate was α〉40% followed by kinetic processing.Non-isothermal dynamics process is studied by combination of differential and integral methods, and the kinetic parameters of the thermal dehydration of calcium oxalate monohydrate is proposed by comparing the results of differential and integral methods.The kinetic equation of the thermal dehydration process for Ca C2O4·H2O is determined.
