转炉单渣法脱磷工艺的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 在某厂300t复吹转炉进行单渣法脱磷工业试验,得到了吹炼过程熔池成分、温度和炉渣成分的变化规律。试验结果表明:吹炼前期脱磷速度较大,其表观脱磷速率0.015%/min,脱磷率61.2%;中期脱磷率为31.6%,但脱磷速率较低,表观脱磷速率0.000 9%/min。后期脱磷率为57.7%,表观脱磷速率0.006 7%/min。 Trial research on dephosphorization with single slag process was carried out in a 300t BOF, in which the change patterns of molten pool composition, temperature and slag composition during melting process were ob-tained. The results showed that the dephosphorization rate at early stage was high with apparent dephosphorization speed of 0.015%/min and corresponding dephosphorization rate of 61.2%. At the end point of the middle stage the dephosphorization rate was 31.6%, but the dephosphorization speed is low with an apparent dephosphorization rate of 0.0009 %/min. At the last blowing stage the dephosphorization rate was 57.7% while the apparent dephosphorization speed was 0.0067% / min.
