摘要
针对LZ50钢车轴断裂事故,采用化学分析、金相、硬度和扫描电镜等试验手段对断裂原因进行了检验分析。结果表明,由于碳含量不足导致的车轴强度下降,同时组织中存在魏氏组织及带状组织是造成车轴断裂的主要原因。
The causes of the fracture of LZ50 axle were analyzed by experimental means of chemical composition, hardness, metallographic and SEM examination. The results showed that inadequate strength due to insufficient carbon content and Widmanstatten structure and banded structure had been the major cause of the fracture in LZ50 axle.
