摘要 建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定高碳铬铁中钛量的分析方法。样品采用氢氧化钠和硝酸铵熔融,用硫酸浸出熔融物,在368.520或323.452nm波长下测定钛。进行了溶样试验、分析谱线选择实验、共存元素干扰及校正试验、检出限试验、回收率试验及精密度试验。研究表明:本方法钛检出限为0.01μg/mL,加标回收率为98.3%~100.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=10)为5.7%。应用谱线干扰校正程序可校正共存元素的干扰。 Analysis method for determining Ti contents in high carbon ferro-chromium with inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was established. Samples were molten by sodium hydroxide and am-monium nitrate and leached by sulfuric acid, and then titanium content was determined by ICP-AES at the wavelengths of 368.520nm or 323.452nm. Sample dissolution test, analysis spectral selection test, coexistent element interference and calibration test, detection limit test, recovery rate test and precision test were carried out. Results showed that for the method the detection limit is 0.01ng/mL, the recovery rate is 98.3%-100.6% and the relative deviation (RSD, n =10) is 5.7% . Using the correction program of spectral line interference can calibrate the interference of coexistent elements.
