块矿烘干筛分系统投产后,存在烘干筛分后块矿含粉率仍然达不到要求,烘干过程中环保不达标等问题。经过烘干块矿水分与筛分后含粉率关系的分析,调整块矿水分控制值。通过烘干工艺分析,对于各种天气、来料块矿水分,优化块矿烘干筛分系统操作工艺,保证筛分块矿含粉率满足于要求。

After lump ore drying system was put into production, the problem of powder content of the dried and screened lump ore failing to meet production requirements as well as the environmental protection standard in the process of drying. Through analysis of the relation between drying ore moisture and powder content after screening, the lump ore moisture control value was adjusted. Base on the drying process analysis, the operation process of lump ore drying screening system was optimized for various weather conditions and incoming ore moistures, to ensure the powder content of screen lump ore up to requirement.
