摘要
对新钢2 500m^3高炉的经济炼铁实践进行了总结。通过不断摸索合理操作参数、应用高烧结矿配比、发挥设备优势应用高风温、高富氧率以及加强炉外出铁管理等措施,在原燃料质量较行业平均水平有较大差距的情况下,实现燃料比509kg/t。
This paper summarized the economical ironmaking practice of the 2500m3 blast furnace at Xinyu Steel. A fuel ratio of 509 kg/t was achieved under the unfavorable condition of poor raw material and fuel quality compared with average of the industry by continuously probing for reasonable operating parameters and adopting measures such as high ratio of sinter ore,high blast temperature and oxygen enrichment and enhancing tapping management.
