左咪唑给黄牛肌肉注射后的药物动力学

PHARMACOKINETICS OF LEVAMISOL PHOSPHATE FOLLOWING INTRAMUSCULAR INJECTION IN CATTLE

给6头黄牛单剂量(10mg/kg)肌肉注射左眯唑(Levamisolum)后,定时从颈静脉采血,用高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定血浆药物浓度,经微机处理,得出药物动力学参数为:T_(max)0.49±0.21h,C_(max)3.85±1.81μg/ml,T_(1/2)Ke1 2.27±1.32h,AUC 12.68±4.16 μg/ml·h。结果表明:左咪唑肌肉注射后吸收快,消除亦快。

Six healthy adult cattle were given a single dose of levamisol phosphate ( 10 mg/kg) by intramuscular injection. Blood samples were obtained from jugular vein at intervals. The drug concentration of plasma was measured by high-performance liquid chrotnatography technique. The pharmacokinetics parameters calculated by microcomputer were Tmax 0.49± 0.21 hr, Cmax 3.85±1.81μg/ml, T_(1/2) Kel 2.27±1.33 hr, and AUC 12.68±4.16μg/ml.hr. The results reveal that both absorption and elimination of levamisol phosphate are rapid after intramuscular injection.
