Study on the Construction of Electronic Resources' Quality Evaluation System in University Libraries:Based on the BP Neural Network Model

This paper firstly describes the construction of library electronic resources＇ quality evaluation index system, and describes the process of setting up a library electronic resources＇ quality evaluation model based on BP neural network,including the basic principle of BP neural network, the network structure and network test and so on.Then it illustrates that in order to effectively manage and evaluate the electronic resources of the library, the BP neural network model is used to evaluate the quality of the electronic resources in the library.
