论文从自助图书馆的服务效能角度出发,探讨自助图书馆布点与服务效能的关系,并从服务时间、服务内容、布点规划战略、布点审核程序、自助图书馆组织、服务效能评估六个方面提出策略,以提升自助图书馆服务效能。

This paper discusses the relationship between the self-service library distribution and service efficiency from the aspect of service efficiency of the self-service library. It puts forward strategies from six aspects including the service time,service content, distribution planning strategy, the audit procedures of distribution, the organization of self-service library,service efficiency evaluation, in order to increase the service efficiency of self-service library.
