摘要
野中郁次郎提出的SECI模型对知识创造过程进行了深入、透彻的分析,然而SECI模型中隐含了不少缺陷。论文基于文献研究法对SECI模型进行介绍,指出模型的不足,列举其他学者根据新理解与新技术提出的衍生模型,最后对目前知识创造模型进行评析与展望。
The SECI model put forward by Nonaka analyzed the knowledge creation process in deep. However, SECI model implies a lot of defects. This paper introduces the SECI model based on the literature research, and points out the defects of SECI model, as well as cites other scholar＇s derivative model based on the new understanding and new technology. Finally, it reviews and looks ahead the future of the current model of knowledge creation.
