This paper takes the practice of the construction of local rural library as an example, combines the role of coordination and guiding of library in the construction of rural library, and points out that it is necessary to perfect the management mechanism, enhance the ability of innovation, and carry out activities to promote reading, in order to realize the sustainable development of rural library.
