摘要
论文利用SATI、EXCEL及Citespace等软件,以WOS(核心合集)收录的开放政府数据研究文献为数据源,对128篇文献从论文发表时间、主要刊发期刊、论文作者分布及机构分布四个方面进行文献计量分析,以揭示国外开放政府数据研究的内容与现状。
This paper analyzes 128 papers, which are retrieved from Web of Science（WOS）. It uses SATI, EXCEL and CITESPACE to make a bibliometrics analysis of the time distribution, journal distribution, distribution of article authors, and institution distribution in order to reveal the status quo of oversea research on open government data.
