略论党员干部培育廉洁自律意识的路径

On Methods of Cultivating Honesty and Self-discipline Consciousness of Party Members and Cadres

十八大后中央强力反腐,出台了《中国共产党廉洁自律准则》和《中国共产党纪律处分条例》等一系列文件,坚持"老虎""苍蝇"一起打,宣示"党中央坚定不移地反对腐败的决心没有变,坚决遏制腐败现象蔓延势头的目标没有变"。这要求党员干部工作生活中必须做到"为民、务实、清廉",当清正廉洁的好官。引导党员干部培育廉洁自律意识的路径有:立志廉洁系上"安全带";心存畏戒装好"稳压器";明德知耻筑牢"防护堤"。

After the 18 th CPC National Congress,a series of documents such as The Code of Ethics for the CPC and The Disciplinary Ordinances for the CPC were issued by the Central Committee of the Party to combat corruption resolutely and stick to cracking down on both tigers（ high-ranking officials） and flies（ offi-cials at lower levels）,which declare “ the unchanging determination to fight against corruption and the un-swerving goal of curbing the spreading of corruption. ” Party members and cadres shall be incorruptible civil servants and serve the people with integrity and pragmatism in work and life. There are methods of guiding party members and cadres to develop the awareness of honesty and self-discipline： striving for probity and fastening the safety belt of anticorruption, bearing alarm in mind and equipping with regulators of tempta-tion, possessing a sense of guilty conscience and concreting the embankment of morals.
