摘要
在医学生自主学习教学改革背景下,思政课教师作为医学院校教师中的一个特殊群体,应抓住临床医学认证的机遇,从观念、素质和方法等各个方面作出战略性调适,重构新的角色定位,并在实际教学环节中探寻一种新的思政课学习模式,为医学生的全面发展奠定宽厚的人文基础,最终实现医学生主动养成自我教育的职业道德发展目标。
Under the background of teaching reform to cultivate independent learning of medical students, ideological and political teachers, as a special group of teachers in medical colleges, should seize the opportunity of clinical medicine certification, making strategic adjustment from the concept, quality, methods and other aspects to make an strategic adjustment, to explore new modes of ideological and political course learning and practical teaching, lay a profound foundation of humanities for the comprehensive development of medical students, and realize the development goal of the professional ethics that the medical students actively develop self-education.
