应用技术大学实践教学基地建设模式构建——以福建省为例

摘要 应用型人才的实践培养离不开良好的实践教学基地。目前,我国应用技术大学实践教学基地建设还不成熟,需要加大探索和改革。通过国内外及福建省应用技术大学实践教学基地建设的比对,借鉴其经验、特点,提出应用技术大学实践教学基地不同学科培养模式按照专业基础、企业认知、项目驱动及企业顶岗四大模块循序渐进构建,并以政策保障、资源扩充、基地教学团队建设、教学设置、课程开发及多维立体评价六大体系作为辅助基地运行的机制保障。 Good practice teaching bases are indispensable to the practical training and cultivation of practical talents. At present, these bases still have not been fully developed in our country's universities of applied technology, which warrants further exploration and reform. By comparing the construction of practical teaching bases at home and abroad as well as those in Fujian, learning from their experience and characteris-tics ,this paper proposes that they adopt a step-by-step mode of development. These bases should offer mod-ules for students to build a solid professional basis, to learn about the corporations, to develop various pro- jects, and to get hands-on experience in companies. The smooth operation of these bases should also be guar-anteed by good policies, abundant resources, good teaching staff, curriculum setup, course development, and a comprehensive evaluating system.
