综采工作面煤柱下穿层过全断面无炭柱实践

摘要 介绍了杜儿坪矿南八盘区73801工作面概况,对在复杂地质条件下,综采工作面回采过程中同时进行过上部实体煤柱、挑夹石穿层和过全段面无炭柱施工,特别是对各项接替工程,提出了现场技术指导和施工方案,将降低地质和人为因素的影响,可提前加强并采取有效的施工措施和工艺,加强生产组织管理,以保证施工的正常进行,提高回采效率,对在复杂环境下综采生产提供了实践经验。 The paper introduces the general situation of No. 73801 working face in Duerping Coal Mine, puts forward on-site technical guidance and construction program for the crosscutting of upper part of the coal pillar, of the rock inside coal seam section, of the whole section without coal pillar, especially for the succession of the engineer-ing ,which will reduce negative impact of geological and human factors under the complicated geological condition, and effective construction measures and processes will be taken in advance to strengthen the production organization, to guarantee the normal production process. The application improves the recovery rate, provides practical experience for those under the similar mining condition.
