摘要
针对国投塔山煤矿10209回采巷道生产地质条件,分析了回采巷道在采动影响下巷道底鼓机理及控制技术。通过分析,回采巷道底鼓主要影响因素为采动过程中的超前支承压力,建立底板岩层滑动力学模型,提出加强两帮支护强度及安装底角锚杆对底板岩层进行控制的思路。以国投塔山煤矿10217回采巷道为背景进行现场工业性试验,表明底鼓控制方案安全可靠,为坚硬顶板软岩底板回采巷道底鼓控制提供依据。
Based on geological condi t ions in No. 10209 gateroad in Tash an coa lmine, the paper makes a de ep research on the floor heave mechanism and control method under the influence of mining. By deliberate analysis,the main factors of the floor heave are the abutment pressure formed in mining, building slide mechanical model of floor strata,putting forward control ideas of strengthening the support intensity of two coal side and installing base corner bolts. Industrial experiment shows that the floor heave control method in Tashan coalmine behaved safe and reliable, it provides reference for the floor heave control in hard roof and soft floor gateroad.
