摘要
目的探讨基于PACS平台PBL/CBL组合教学模式在提高临床核医学内分泌系统教学中的应用价值。方法随机选取影像专业学生158人分为传统教学的对照组和基于PACS平台PBL/CBL结合教学的实验组。比较两组学生核医学内分泌系统理论测试成绩和问卷调查总分。结果对照组学生核医学内分泌系统理论测试成绩和问卷调查总分分别为21.32±3.80,8.39±0.56,明显低于实验组的22.49±2.97(P<0.05),8.77±0.28(P<0.01)。实验组综合教学效果明显优于对照组。结论 PBL/CBL结合PACS教学模式通过学生自主学习可以取得较好学习效果,提高临床核医学内分泌系统教学质量。
Objective This paper explores the new method which using PACS imaging system combined with PBL/CBL in improving the quality of teaching for clinical endocrine nuclear medicine. Methods Randomly assigned students as the traditional teaching control group and the experimental group. The results of satisfaction comments and regular paper examination( endocrine system of nuclear medicine theory test) remarks were compared between the two groups. Results The results showed that the tradition teaching group's scores are 21. 32 ± 3. 80,8. 39 ± 0. 56 respectively,which are significantly lower than experimental group's 22. 49 ± 2. 97( P 0. 05),8. 77 ± 0. 28( P 0. 01). The comprehensive teaching effect of the experimental group was better than the control group. Conclusion PBL/CBL method combined with PACS can achieve better learning effect through students' autonomous learning,and the nuclear medicine teaching can be significantly improved.
