来华医学留学生教育管理新模式的研究与探索

Study on the New Mode of Education and Management of Medical International Students in China

随着来华医学留学生人数的增加和医学留学生教育的迅速发展,教育和管理中出现的问题也越来越多。文章分析了目前高校医学留学生的特点及其教育管理中存在的主要问题,从招生、专职教师与辅导员、考勤制度、课堂质量、种族分班等五个方面提出了对策和解决办法,力求探索出一套完善的来华医学留学生教育管理新模式。

With the increase of the number of medical international students in China and the development of international students＇ s education,more and more problems appear in the management and teaching. This paper analyzes the characteristics and existing main problems of medical international students＇ education administration in most of the universities. The author also gives some suggestions and solutions from the aspects of recruiting methods,full-time teachers and counselors,attendance system and dividing classes by race. This paper is trying to find out a new set of modes of education and management for the medical international students.
