摘要
试验采用等蛋白替代方式,研究了蚕蛹粉替代白鱼粉对中华鳖幼鳖形体指标、生长性能及体成分的影响。试验配置了含54%白鱼粉的对照组饲料、含51.3%白鱼粉(5%蚕蛹替代组)和含48.6%白鱼粉(10%蚕蛹替代组)等氮饲料。结果表明:蚕蛹粉替代鱼粉对中华鳖幼鳖形体指标有显著影响,5%替代组的体比系数与10%替代组较接近,均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);5%替代组的脂体指数最低,同时生长性能下降;蚕蛹粉替代鱼粉对中华鳖幼鳖体成分影响不显著(P>0.05)。综合形体指标、生长性能及体成分分析表明,5%和10%蚕蛹粉替代白鱼粉降低了中华鳖幼鳖对饲料的利用率,且由于脂肪增加导致中华鳖幼鳖肉品质下降,因此,在中华鳖幼鳖配合饲料中不宜添加未脱脂的蚕蛹粉。
The experiment was conducted to research the effect of replacing white fish meal with silkworm pupae powder on the growth performance,body index and body composition of Pelodiscus sinensi.The ex periment was consisted of the basic feed containing 54% white fish meal group,51.3% white fish meal(5% silkworm pupa substitution group)and48.6% white fish meal(10% silkworm pupa substitution group).The results showed that the pupae replacing white fish meal had sigificant effects on juvenile soft-shelled turtles body index.The body ratio coefficient of the 5% substitution group was close to the 10% substitution group,they were significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05),and the fat body index of the 5% group was the lowest.The growth performance was decreased,and it has not significant effect on the whole body composition of juvenile soft-shelled turtles.According to physical indicators and body composition analysis,it indicated that 5% and 10% silkworm pupae powder could reduce the utilization of the feed,and decrease the growth performance of juvenile soft-shelled turtles,which suggested that powdered silkworm pupae should not be used as substitute for white fish meal in feed for juvenile soft-shelled turtles.
