摘要
试验旨在研究包膜半胱胺对泌乳中期奶牛产奶性能和血清生化指标的影响。选用24头泌乳量、体重和胎次(1.58±0.97)相近的泌乳中期[(160±10)DIM]奶牛,随机分为2个处理组,对照组饲喂基础日粮;试验组每天饲喂基础日粮+20 g/头的包膜半胱胺。试验期25 d,其中预饲期10 d,正式期15 d。试验结果表明:日粮中添加包膜半胱胺组第7天、15天奶牛产奶量提高0.93%(P=0.074)、5.61%(P<0.05);同时,乳脂率提高18.51%(P<0.05)、乳蛋白含量提高1.57%(P=0.086),乳中尿素氮明显降低2.85%(P>0.05)(降低0.41 mg/100 mL)、体细胞数降低5.25%(降低11500/mL);此外,血清中谷丙转氨酶、γ谷氨酰胺转移酶活性和丙二醛含量分别极显著降低17.02%、21.71%和17.13%(P<0.01),血清中超氧化物岐化酶活性极显著提高9.27%(P<0.01)。日粮中添加包膜半胱胺组提高相对利润4.1%(提高4.20元/头/天),投入产出比为1:2.8。结果提示,在泌乳中期奶牛日粮中添加包膜半胱胺具有提高奶牛产奶量、乳脂率、乳蛋白率的功能,同时能够提高奶牛抗氧化能力,并能带来额外的经济收益。
This experiment was conducted to study the effect of supplementation with the coated cysteamine on milk performance and serum biochemical indexes in middle lactation dairy cows.24 head cows with similar DIM(160±10),milk yield,body weight and parity(1.58±0.97) were randomly assigned to 2 treatments.Control group was fed with basal diet;Treatment group was fed with basal diet plus 20 g/head coated cysteamine everyday.The experiment period lasted for 25 days,including 10 days pre feeding period,and 15 days experimental period.The results showed that:Dietary with coated cysteamine increased the milk yield by 0.93%,5.61% on 7 d(P =0.074) and 15 d(P〈0.05) respectively;Meanwhile,dietary with the coated cysteamine increased milk fat percentage and milk protein percentage by 18.51%(P〈0.05),1.57%(P=0.074)respectively,and the milk urea nitrogen decreased by 2.85%(P〉0.05)(data value decreased by 0.41 mg/100 mL),and somatic cell count decreased by 5.25%(data value decreased by 11500/mL).Otherwise,dietary with the coated cysteamine highly significantly decreased serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT) activity,glutamyltransferase(γ-GT)activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content by 17.02%,21.71%,17.13%(P〈0.01),increased serum superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity by 9.27%(P〈0.01).Dietary with coated cysteamine increased relative profit by 4.1%(increased by 4.20 RMB/head everyday),and the input to output ratio was 1 ∶2.8.Results indicated that dietary with the coated cysteamine had the function of increasing milk yield,milk fat percentage,milk protein percentage,and can also enhance the anti-oxdation ability, and can bring in extra economic income.
