摘要
在我国,社区教育实践及理论研究日益繁盛,且不断壮大发展,而作为社区教育健康、可持续发展的重要保障的社区教育监管研究却相对匮乏。为此,文章选取上海社区教育的监管体系为实证研究对象,聚焦社区教育监管的体系架构及历史演进过程,分析其实施现状与实践成效;同时,通过实践调研总结经验与问题,剖析制约其发展的内外在原因,指明了当前我国社区教育监管所面临的认识不清、定位不明、无法可依等现实问题,以期为未来我国社区教育监管体系的构建提供有益借鉴。
In our country,the theoretical research and practice of community education has been flourishing and growing.However,as the safeguard of healthy and sustainable development of community education,studies on its supervision system are few.Thus,this article selects community education supervision system of Shanghai as an object of empirical study and focuses on community education supervision system and its historical evolution process to analyze its actuality and practical results thoroughly;at the same time,this research summarizes its experiences and problems through practical investigation and reveals the internal and external causes,namely,unclear understanding,unknown function and lack of relevant laws of community education supervision.This article provides beneficial reference on construction of community education supervision system in our country.
