摘要 针对走班制管理可能产生的班级规模大小不一、班级管理比较松散、家校沟通渠道不畅、课后辅导难以开展等问题,文章提出了成立学生发展指导中心、树立教管一致理念、畅通家校联管渠道、构建自主管理机制、建立行规"学分"制度等对策措施。同时,为确保走班制管理顺利实施,对走班班级与传统班级之间的关系、走班班级与学生家庭之间的关系、走班班级与年级组之间的三个关系进行了深入思考。 The mobile learning system may cause several problems like uneven class size,loose class management, weak family -school connection, and afterschool tutorship hampered to carry out. To address these problems, this article proposes some measures such as to set up the Student Development Guidance Center, to establish the concept of aligned teaching management and. class management, to connect the channel of family -school cooperation, to set up the students, self - management system and credit system for behavior norms, and so forth. Meanwhile, to ensure the suc-cess of the management of Mobile Learning System, the article will focus on the relationships of mobile learning class with traditional class, students' family and the grade group.
