摘要
学生行为管理对学生的学习与成长、课堂纪律管理、校园氛围的形成等方面都有着重要意义。在学生行为管理方面,我国还需要进一步深度发展,需要拓宽国际视野。文章对英国学生行为管理从政策、模式以及最近的理念三个方面进行了综述,对有章可循性、科学性、发展性三个方面进行了剖析,并就其带来的启示进行了阐述,旨在为我国中小学学生管理提供一定的借鉴。
Behavior management is very important to students^ learning and development. It also contributes signifi-cantly to classroom discipline and campus atmosphere. In our country, we have made progress on behavior management, but we still need to make efforts for further development and learn from the experience of other countries. This article re-views the literature of the policies, regulations, and the most recent theoretical framework of British behavior manage-ment, analyzing it in regulationbased,scientific,and developmental aspects,and reveals the enlightenment which may be instructive to the student behavior management of our country.
