摘要
通过对农村教师文化的解读,发现目前农村教师文化中存在农村教师假设的"想当然"、价值取向的"偏离"、信念的"模糊"、交往方式的"失衡"四个方面的问题。为此,要在形成自然合作的农村教师文化、引进人文管理的评价机制和融入农村乡土文化氛围等方面重塑农村教师文化发展之路。
