外固定技术在四肢骨折急救中的效果探究

Study on the Effect of External Fixation in the Treatment of Limb Fracture

目的:探讨外固定技术在四肢骨折急救中的应用效果。方法:56例四肢骨折患者随机分为两组,各28例,对照组实施内固定技术,研究组实施外固定技术,比较两组患者临床有效率和并发症发生情况。结果:研究组临床有效率明显高于对照组,研究组并发生发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:四肢骨折患者急救中,应用外固定技术能够减少并发症的发生,提高疗效。

Objective：Objective：To investigate the effect of external fixation in the treatment of limb fractures.Methods：56 cases of limb fracture patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,28 cases in each group,the implementation of internal fixation techniques,the research group received external fixation,compared two groups of patients with clinical efficacy and complications incidence.Results：The clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the incidence rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion：The application of external fixation can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the therapeutic effect in patients with limb fractures.
