替格瑞洛+复方丹参滴丸对冠心病患者的临床效果的影响

Effect of Ticagrelor+Compound Danshen Dripping Pill on Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨替格瑞洛+复方丹参滴丸对冠心病(CHD)患者的临床效果的影响。方法:90例CHD患者临床资料按治疗方式不同分为两组,每组45例,对照组行替格瑞洛治疗,观察组行替格瑞洛+复方丹参滴丸治疗,比较两组临床疗效及血脂、心肌酶水平。结果:治疗后,观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组TC、TG等指标、肌酸激酶、肌钙蛋白水平均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CHD患者用替格瑞洛+复方丹参滴丸治疗可政善血脂及心肌酶水平,提高临床疗效,效果显著。

Objective：To evaluate the effect of ticagrelor ＋ Compound Danshen Dripping Pill on patients with coronary heart disease（CHD） clinical effect Methods：The clinical data of 90 cases of patients with CHD according to the different treatment methods were divided into two groups,45 cases in each group,the control group for the Grillo treatment,the observation group for ticagrelor ＋ Compound Danshen dripping pill treatment,compared two groups of clinical curative effect and blood lipids,myocardial enzyme level.Results：After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P 0.05）.The TC,TG,creatine kinase and cardiac troponin levels in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion;Ticagrelor ＋ treatment with Compound Danshen dripping pills can improve blood lipid and myocardial enzyme levels in patients with CHD,improve clinical curative effect,obvious effect.
