加减五味消毒饮联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Wuweixiaodu Drink Combined Valaciclovir in Treatment of Herpes Zoster

目的:观察加减五味消毒饮联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:带状疱疹的患者140例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各70例,两组均给予伐昔洛韦抗病毒治疗1周,观察组再给予加减五味消毒饮口服2周。观察两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组患者疼痛缓解、止疱、开始结痂、50%皮损结痂及皮损消退的时间均明显低于对照组,观察组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗1月后、3月后、6月后神经痛(PHN)发生率均无明显差异(P>0.05),但6月后发生PHN患者的VAS评分观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组治疗期间,3例出现轻度腹泻症状,均自行缓解。结论:加减五味消毒饮联合伐昔洛韦能有效控制带状疱疹症状,提高治愈率,减轻PHN发生的疼痛。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of wuweixiaodu drink combined with valaciclovir in treatment of herpes zoster.Methods：140 cases of herpes zoster patients,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,70 cases in each,two groups were given valaciclovir antiviral treatment for 1 weeks,observation group were given addition and subtraction of wuweixiaodu drink orally for 2 weeks.Observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients.Results：Observation of groups of patients with pain relief,blister,began to scab,50%skin scar and skin lesions subsided time were significantly lower than those of the control group,observation group total efficiency is better than that of the control group（P〈0.01）,the treatment of 1 month,3 months,6 months after neuralgia（PHN） incidence rate had no significant difference（P〈0.05）,but after 6 months occurred PHN patients VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.01）.Observation group during treatment,3 cases of mild diarrhea symptoms,were on their own to ease.Conclusion：plus or minus wuweixiaodu drink combined with valaciclovir can effectively control the herpes zoster symptoms and improve the cure rate,reduce PHN pain.
