缬沙坦+肾炎康复片治疗肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Valsartan and Shenyan Kangfu Tablets in the Treatment of Patients with Glomerulonephritis-Induced Nephritis Proteinuria

目的:分析缬沙坦+肾炎康复片治疗肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析86例肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者临床资料,按医治药物分成两组,对照组(43例)行缬沙坦医治,研究组(43例)行肾炎康复片+缬沙坦医治,比较两组生化指标与血压、生活质量评分、不良反应。结果:研究组生化指标与血压、生活质量评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率与对照组比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论:缬沙坦+肾炎康复片治疗肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者可改善疾病症状,降低生化指标与血压。

Objective：To analyze the clinical efficacy of valsartan and Shenyan Kangfu tablets in the treatment of proteinuria in patients with glomerulonephritis.Methods：A retrospective analysis of 86 cases of glomerulonephritis patients were divided into two groups according to the clinical data,treatment drugs,control group（43 cases） received valsartan treatment,the study group（43 cases） for Shenyan Kangfu tablet ＋ valsartan treatment,compared two groups of blood pressure,biochemical indexes and quality of life score,adverse reaction.Results：In the study group,biochemical indexes and blood pressure,quality of life score was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）;the incidence of adverse reactionsno statistical significance compared with control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Valsartan ＋Shenyan Kangfu tablets in the treatment of proteinuria in patients with glomerulonephritis can improve the symptoms of the disease,reduce the biochemical parameters and blood pressure.
