石甘散对戊四氮致癫痫模型大鼠海马行为学表现以及海马组织Glu、GABA水平影响的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨石甘散对戊四氮致癫痫模型大鼠海马行为学表现以及海马组织Glu、GABA水平的影响。方法:选取SD雄性大鼠120只,随机分为空白对照组(A组)、模型组(B组)、丙戊酸钠组(C组)、石菖蒲组(D组)、甘松组(E组)、石甘散组(F组),各20只,雌雄各半。各组均给予戊四氮腹腔注射建立癫痫模型,并给予相应的药物治疗。结果:治疗后,与模型对照组比较,各组大鼠ESL、TCL较长,其中C组、F组>D组、E组;各组大鼠TSR较低,其中C组、F组<D组、E组(P<0.05);各组大鼠海马组织Glu水平较低,其中C组、F组<D组、E组;各组大鼠GABA水平较高,C组、F组>D组、E组(P<0.05)。结论:石甘散能够明显缩短戊四氮致癫痫模型大鼠癫痫发作及惊厥潜伏期,降低惊厥发生率,降低海马组织中Glu、GABA水平。 Objective:To investigate the effect of Shigansan on the behavior of hippocampus and the level of Glu and GABA in hippocampus of epileptic rats induced by four.Methods:120 male SD rats were randomly divided into control group(A group),model group(B group) and sodium valproate group(C group),Shichangpu group(D group),Gansong group(group E),Shigansan group(F group),20 rats each,male and female half.Each group was given four n nitrogen intraperitoneal injection to establish epilepsy model,and given the corresponding drug treatment.Results:After treatment,compared with model group,ESL rats,TCL long,C group,F group,D group and E group;TSR rats were lower in C group and F group than D group and E group(P〈0.05);the level of Glu in the hippocampus of rats was lower among them,C group and F group than D group and E group;the level of GABA was higher in rats,C group,F group,D group and E group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Shigansan significantly shorten the onset time of seizures and seizures in four epileptic rats induced by nitrogen and nitrogen,reduce the incidence of convulsion and reduce the levels of Glu and GABA in hippocampus.
