儿童经胼胝体-穹窿间入路切除松果体区肿瘤的术后护理对策

Children Transcallosal Interfornix Approach To Remove the Tumors of the Pineal Region Postoperative Nursing Countermeasures

目的:探讨儿童经胼胝体-穹窿间入路松果体区肿瘤的术后护理要点及对策。方法:450例儿童松果体区肿瘤患儿,均行经胼胝体-穹窿间入路手术方式切除肿瘤,术后注意观察病情变化,重点观察患儿癫痫及情绪失控等,定时查看患儿意识状态,瞳孔,生命体征的变化,给予相应的护理措施。结果:450例患儿均无术后死亡及血肿。部分患儿出现近期记忆障碍。结论:儿童经胼胝体-穹窿间入路松果体区肿瘤的术后有效的护理措施,可及时发现病情变化,预防术后并发症,提高患儿的预后。

Objective：To investigate the children transeallsal interfomiceal approach of pineal region tumors postoperative nursing and the countermeasures.Methods：450 cases of pineal region tumor in children were treated by transcallosal interfomiceal approach surgical resection of the tumor,observe the condition changes noted after operation,were observed in children with epilepsy and emotional control,timing check with the state of consciousness,pupil changes in vital signs,to give the corresponding nursing measures.Results：There were no postoperative death and hematoma in 450 cases.Some children with recent memory impairment.Conclusion：Children with nursing measures of transcallosal interfomiceal approach of pineal region tumors after operation effectively,can timely find condition changes,prevent postoperative complications and improve the prognosis of children.
