包头地区消化系统肿瘤患者营养知信行调查分析

Investigation of Nutrition Knowledge-attitude-belief-practice of Digestive System Tumor Patients in Baotou District

目的了解包头地区消化系统肿瘤患者营养知信行为现状,探讨社会支持、自我效能水平与其营养知信行为的相关性,为今个体化营养教育提供依据。方法 2016年8—12月调查包头地区肿瘤患者80例,采用便利抽样,对消化系统肿瘤患者营养知识-态度-行为问卷、一般自我效能量表、社会支持评定量表对包头市医院收治肿瘤患者调查。结果消化系统肿瘤患者营养知识-态度-行为各维度平均得分分别为(6.97±3.86)分、(15.61±4.25)分、(15.93±4.52)分,肿瘤患者营养知识、态度、行为呈正相关(P<0.05);消化系统肿瘤患者社会支持、自我效能水平量表与营养知信行量表总分呈正相关(r=0.27,r=0.21)。结论消化系统肿瘤患者包头地区营养知信行水平偏低,缺乏营养知识,行为改变少,但态度积极。患者的社会支持水平、自我效能水平与营养知信行为水平相关。

Objective To know the nutrition knowledge-attitude-belief-practice status of digestive system tumor patients in Bao-tou district and study the correlation between the social support, self-efficacy level and its nutrition knowledge-belief behavior and provide basis for the individual nutrition education. Methods 80 cases of tumor patients in Baotou district from August 2016 to December 2016 were selected and the digestive system tumor patients were surveyed by the knowledge-attitude-be-havior questionnaire, general self-efficacy scale and social support evaluation scale. Results Various dimensional scores of nu-trition knowledge-attitude-behavior of digestive system tumor patients were respectively（6.97±3.86）points,（15.61±4.25）points,（15.93±4.52）points, and the nutrition knowledge, attitude and practice had a positive correlation of tumor patients（P〈0.05）, and all scales for patients had a positive correlation（r=0.27,r=0.21）. Conclusion The nutrition knowledge-brief-practice level of digestive system tumor patients in Baotou district is lower, they lack the nutrition knowledge, and the behavior change is few but the attitude is positive, and the social support level, self-efficacy level and nutrition knowledge-brief-practice is correlated.
