喉灵汤治疗喉源性咳嗽96例分析

Analysis of Decatylen Decoration in Treatment of 96 Cases with Laryngeal Cough

目的观察喉源性咳嗽应用喉灵汤治疗的临床疗效。方法资料选自2015年3月—2016年3月该院诊治的96例喉源性咳嗽患者,将患者按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各48例,其中对照组予以强力枇杷胶囊治疗,研究组予以喉灵汤治疗,两个疗程后,分析两组患者临床疗效以及生活质量情况。结果对照组共48例,临床治愈17例,好转18例,无效13例,总有效率72.9%。研究组共48例,临床治愈28例,好转16例,无效4例,总有效率91.7%,两组有效率比较,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,中医证候咳嗽、咽痒、咳痰评分对照组分别为(0.7±0.6)分、(1.1±0.2)分、(0.4±0.2)分,研究组为(0.3±0.2)、(0.3±0.4)、(0.1±0.3)分,研究组各项积分均低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);LCQ评分情况,对照组生理区域(4.9±1.3)分,心理区域为(5.0±1.5)分,社会区域为(4.8±1.6)分,研究组分别为(5.9±1.5)分、(6.1±1.2)分、(6.4±1.4)分,研究组3项指标均显著显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喉源性咳嗽应用喉灵汤对比与强力枇杷胶囊,治疗效果显著,可有效提高生活质量,具有临床应用价值,但由于临床样本有限,无法研究确切不良反应,其具体症状仍需进一步研究。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of decatylen decoration in treatment of laryngeal cough. Methods 96 cases of patients with laryngeal cough diagnosed in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each, the control group were treated with qiangli pipa capsules, while the research group were treated with decatylen decoration, after two treatment courses, the clinical curative effect and quality of life of the two groups were analyzed. Re-sults In the control group, 17 cases were cured, 18 cases were improved, 13 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 72.9%, in the research group, 28 cases were cured, 16 cases were improved, 4 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 91.7%, after treatment, various scores of cough, itchy pharynx and expectoration in the research group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance [（0.7±0.6）points,（1.1±0.2）points,（0.4±0.2）points vs（0.3±0.2）points,（0.3±0.4）points,（0.1±0.3）points], and the physical region, mental region and social region in the research group were obviously high-er than those in the control group [（4.9±1.3）points,（5.0±1.5）points,（4.8±1.6）points vs（5.9±1.5）points,（6.1±1.2）points,（6.4±1.4）points], and the differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment effect of decatylen decoration in treatment of laryngeal cough is more obvious than qiangli pipa capsules, which can effectively improve the quality of life with clinical applica-tion value, but the clinical sample is limited, we have no way to research the definite adverse reactions, and the specific symptoms need the further research.
