摘要 目的分析微生物检测在医院感染中的作用。方法收集该院2014年5月—2016年5月收治的120例尿路感染患者的大肠埃希氏菌共120株,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例(60株),对照组根据经验配制药物进行治疗,观察组根据微生物检测结果配制药物进行针对性治疗,比较两组患者的感染情况和满意度。结果观察组轻度感染、中度感染、重度感染占比分别为46.7%、33.3%、20.0%,对照组轻度感染、中度感染、重度感染占比分别为76.7%、16.7%、6.7%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和观察组患者总满意度分别为75.0%和91.7%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施微生物检测,对病原菌传播进行干预,能够有效控制医院感染发生率,提高患者满意度,因此值得临床推广和运用。 Objective To analyze the effect of microbiological detection in the hospital infection. Methods 120 strains of escherichia coli 120 cases of patients with urinary tract infection in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, the control group were treated with drugs preparation according to experience, while the observation group adopted the targeted treatment according to the microbiological detection, and the infection and satisfactory degree were com-pared between the two groups. Results The differences in the mild infection, middle infection and severe infection between the obser-vation group and the control group had statistical significance(46.7%, 33.3%, 20.0% vs 76.7%, 16.7%, 6.7%)( P〈0.05), and the difference in the satisfactory degree between the control group and the observation group had statistical significance(75.0% vs 91.7%)(P〈0.05). Conclusion The implementation of microbiological detection and intervention in the bacterial spread can effectively control the incidence rate of hospital infection and improve the satisfactory degree of patients, therefore, which is worth clinical promotion and ap-plication.
