中医治疗妇科月经不调的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Irregular Menstruation in the Department of Gynecology

目的探究中医治疗妇科月经不调的效果。方法选择该院2015年10月—2016年10月该院收治的104例患者为研究对象,且将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组分别为52例患者。其中观察组患者采用中医治疗方法,对照组患者则使用西医治疗方法,最后对比分析两组具体的治疗效果。结果在治疗结束之后,观察组的治疗有效率可以达到98.08%,且不良反应的发生率仅为5.77%;对照组患者的治疗有效率为86.54%,不良反应的发生率为15.39%。组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗妇科月经不调时应优先选择中医治疗方法,且其具备较好的治疗效果,值得在临床上进行广泛的推广使用。

Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of irregular menstruation in the department of gy-necology. Methods 104 cases of patients treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the research ob-jects and randomly divided into two groups with 52 cases in each, the observation group adopted the traditional Chinese medicine, the control group adopted the western medicine, and finally the specific treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the differences in the treatment effective rate and the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group had statistical significance（98.08%, 5.77% vs 86.54%, 15.39%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of tra-ditional Chinese medicine in treatment of irregular menstruation in the department of gynecology is better, which is worth wide promo-tion and application in clinic.
