摘要
人才是农村社会重建的基础和希望。民国时期中华职业教育社以推广职业教育为职志,注重对地方人才的选用,使农村改进人才的角色得到了充分定位。在徐公桥实验区,中华职业教育社为了地方持续发展,选用本地人才作为改进事业的主体力量;身先士卒的乡村领袖为农村建设提供示范作用;热心改进的当地农友在参与活动中唤起心中的乡土情感;注重对乡村青年的培养,为农村建设提供后继力量。
Talents are the foundation and hope of social reconstruction in the rural areas. In the Republic of China, Chinese Vocational Education Institute takes tiie promotion of vocational education as its mission, pays attention to the selection of local talents, and shapes the rural role in talent selection. To promote sustained development of local economy, Chinese Vocational Education Institute chose local talents in Xu Gong Qiao Experimentation Area as the main force to promote local development. Rural leaders took a lead in participating in rural construction. Local emotion was aroused when farmers who were eager to improve were participating in activities. The association laid great emphasis on the education of rural youth in order to provide follow-up support for rural construction.
