混合励磁爪极发电机空载漏磁计算与结构优化

摘要 为研究不同结构变量对混合励磁爪极发电机空载漏磁系数的影响,利用JMAG三维电磁场有限元软件,分析在不同结构参数下空载漏磁系数,并设计正交实验,确定最优结构参数。结果表明,混合励磁爪极发电机空载漏磁系数与定子内径和爪极根部厚度呈正增长关系,与定子外径和定子铁心有效长度呈负增长关系,与转子铁心内径几乎无正负增长关系。这为爪极发电机的参数设计、漏磁分析和结构优化等提供了理论基础和实践参考。 In order to study the effect of different structural variables on the coefficient of mixed excitation claw pole generator no-load leakage, efforts have been made to use JMAG 3D electromagnetic field finite element software to analyze the no-load leakage coefficient with different structural parameters, and to design orthogonal experiment and then determine the optimum structural parameters. As the result demonstrates there exists a positive growth relation between mixed excitation claw pole generator no-load leakage coefficient and stator inner diameter, and the root thickness of claw pole while there exists negative growth relation between stator outside diameter and the effective length of stator core. But neither positive nor negative growth relation is revealed between that and rotor core inner diameter. This study is helpful for parameter designing of claw pole generator, leakage analysis and structure optimization as theoretical and practical experience.
