对地铁运营案由的选题背景、研究现状、研究目的、研究意义及研究内容等进行介绍。我国地铁发展较晚,地铁设计、建设、运营、安全管理等体系都还不是很成熟,相关经验也不足。其中地铁的运营安全管理就是一个需要重点研究的领域,只有加强安全管理,才能让人们放心地选择乘坐地铁出行。通过详细地归类和分析,总结出从管理、机车、人员、环境等层面的风险类型和表现形式,同时,分析国内外一些主要城市的地铁运营管理模式,总结出国内适用的地铁运营安全管理模式。

This paper introduces the background, research sta-tus ,research purpose, research significance and research con-tent. The development of the subway in our country is relatively late, and the design, construction, operation and safety manage-ment system of the subway is not very mature, and the relevant experience is not enough. Subway operation safety management is a need to focus on the field of research, only to strengthen safety management, in order to allow people to rest assured that the choice of subway travel. Through detailed classification and analysis,summed up from the management, locomotive, person-nel ,environmental and other aspects of the risk types and forms, and analysis some of the major domestic and foreign city subway operation management mode, summed up the subway operation safety management mode of the domestic application.
