摘要 万福煤矿主、副、风井最大冲积层厚度753.95m,3个井筒均采用冻结法施工,最大冻结深度894m。冻结设计、施工过程中采用中内圈冻结孔分圈插花布置、双机双级螺杆压缩机制冷系统、冻结管自动焊接、分期冻结、冷量调配以及信息化施工监测技术,保障了井筒的安全、快速施工,可以为巨野煤田及其他矿区的巨厚表土层冻结法施工提供参考。 The maximum alluvium thickness of main and auxiliary shafts in Wanfu coal mine is 753.95 m, and the three shafts are constructed by freezing method. The maximum freezing depth is 894 m. Freeze the design, the construction process in the use of the inner ring frozen hole arrangement flower arrangement, dual-machine two-stage screw compressor refrigeration system, frozen tube automatic welding, staging freeze, cooling deployment and information construction monitoring technology to ensure the safety of the wellbore, Rapid construction, which can provide reference for the construction of the giant surface soil freezing method in Juye coal field and other mining areas.
