煤矿综掘工作面综合防尘技术

The Comprehensive Dust Control Technology Used on Fully-mechanized Mining Face

粉尘严重影响着职工的健康及矿井的安全生产。长期从事采掘工作和在粉尘作业环境的职工,如防尘措施不力,极易患尘肺病;若煤尘具有爆炸性,可能引起煤尘爆炸,给矿井的安全生产带来极大的威胁。特别是综掘工作面,粉尘防治工作尤为重要。崔庄煤矿通过改变短壁注水钻孔位置、增设综掘机外喷数量及压力、工作面安设捕尘帘等综合防尘措施,收到较好效果,除尘率达90%以上。

Dust is badly influence the health of crew and the safety of coal mine production.The crew who occupied in mining and work in dusty environment were easily develop pneumoconiosis if the protection is bad,if the dust have explosibility,it would be exposed,which bring critical threaten to coal mine,especially on fully-mechanized mining face.Cuizhuang coal mine take the comprehensive methods of changing the position of draining hole of shortwall,increasing the spraying pressure of fully mechanized mining machine and setting up dust catch curtain of working face,which obtain good result and the efficiency of dust collection can reach more than 90%.
